Who we are
Pulse Atlas Health (“we”, “us”) is an editorial and patient-matching service operated by Pulse Healthcare Ltd, London, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this notice.
Data we collect
When you submit an enquiry form we collect your name, email address, phone number, postcode, the topic of your enquiry (for example, condition, test or procedure) and any message you write to us. When you use our website we also process technical data such as IP address, device type and pages viewed, via essential and analytics cookies (see our Cookies notice).
Why we use your data
We use the information you give us to reply to your enquiry, to understand what you need clinically, and - where you have asked us to - to match you to a vetted UK private clinic or specialist. Technical data helps us keep the site secure and understand which guides are useful.
Legal basis
Our legal basis for processing enquiry data is your consent when you submit a form, and our legitimate interest in operating an editorial and matching service. For analytics we rely on your consent where required. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.
Who we share it with
We share your enquiry only with vetted UK clinics or clinicians when you have asked us to be matched - and only the information they need to respond. We do not sell your data. We use standard operational service providers (for example, email delivery and hosting) who process data on our behalf under written agreements.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for 12 months from the date of your last contact with us, after which it is deleted or fully anonymised. Aggregated analytics data may be kept longer as it does not identify you.
Your rights under UK GDPR
You have the right to ask us for a copy of your data, to correct or erase it, to restrict or object to our use of it, and - where applicable - to receive it in a portable format. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk, though we’d appreciate the chance to put things right first.
International transfers
Your personal data is stored on servers located in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area. We do not routinely transfer personal data outside the UK/EEA.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies. See our Cookies notice for details and how to manage them.
