What to expect afterwards — honestly.
Adult circumcision is a common, safe day-case procedure. The things worth planning are your anaesthetic choice, the no-sex window, and knowing what is normal after.

Choice matters. A LA circumcision is quick and cheap; sedation or GA is worth it if you would rather not be aware.

Why do adults have a circumcision?
Most commonly for phimosis (a foreskin that will not retract), recurrent balanitis, BXO, a torn frenulum, or recurrent paraphimosis. Some choose it for cosmetic or religious reasons. We help you work out which applies.

Does an adult circumcision hurt during and after?
During the procedure you feel nothing — either the area is fully numb, or you are asleep. Afterwards there is soreness, swelling and bruising for one to two weeks, controlled with simple painkillers.
