Why patients choose us
- 01
Honest advice first
We tell you whether an executive screen is actually worth it for you - before you spend a penny.
- 02
Paid by no clinic
We take nothing from the centres we suggest, so the guidance stays impartial and free.
- 03
We stay for the findings
A screen often finds something. We are still here to explain it and arrange what is next.

The problem
A useful screen - if the panel matches you.
Off-the-shelf executive packages tend to over-test in some areas and miss what actually matters for your age, sex and risk profile. A short consultant conversation up front avoids both problems - and it is exactly what a good concierge should give you. We do.
-
Is it right for you?
For some people a screen is genuinely worthwhile; for others it causes more worry than benefit. We will say honestly which.
-
Which panel?
A core half-day, a comprehensive full-day, or a combined-imaging day - we match it to your age, history and goals.
-
What happens after?
We do not just hand over a report - we explain the findings and arrange any follow-up.
The journey
From enquiry to report - what happens, in order.
One consultant physician from first conversation to report and follow-up - usually within a week or two.

What it shows
The panel that actually earns its keep.
An executive screen covers a lot of ground - and comes with a real trade-off. Here is what it looks at, and the honest catch.
-
Cardiovascular risk stratification
ECG, lipids, blood pressure and a validated risk calculator to place you on a real risk curve.
-
Cancer screening (age-appropriate)
The right cancer checks for your age and sex - not everything, only what evidence supports.
-
Metabolic health (HbA1c, lipids, liver)
Screens for diabetes, high cholesterol and fatty liver, with a clear read on what to change.
-
Cognitive baseline
A short validated cognitive assessment to set a personal baseline for the years ahead.
-
Mental-health screen
Structured screens for anxiety, depression and burnout, discussed with the consultant.
-
24-hour BP monitoring
Ambulatory blood pressure over a full day - the gold standard for spotting real hypertension.
-
Sleep + stress + burnout screen
Validated screens for sleep quality, stress load and executive burnout, honestly discussed.
-
Red flag: high-value screening but not a guarantee
A screen can miss things and can find harmless ones - see the honest-limits box below.
Executive screen options
Not all executive screens are the same.
What each option on your quote is actually for.
-
Core executive screen
Half-day: consultation, bloods, ECG, urinalysis, cardiovascular risk score.
-
Comprehensive full-day screen
Fuller work-up: bloods, ECG, spirometry, cognitive, mood, 24-hour BP, dietician review.
-
Executive + full-body MRI
Adds a radiation-free full-body MRI screen to the core or comprehensive day.
-
Executive + cardiac work-up
Adds echocardiogram, stress test or cardiac MRI for those with cardiac risk.
-

Honest advice on incidental findings, with a clear onward pathway
Honest limits and safety
What a screen can - and cannot - do.
The most important thing is understanding what a screen can and cannot tell you. We cover both, honestly, before you arrive.
-
Screening is not a guarantee
Even the best screens miss things. We frame the day as a considered look, not a clean bill of health.
-
Incidental findings are common
At some panels, 30-50% of screens find something harmless that leads to more tests. We tell you the numbers before you book.
-
We discuss trade-offs before booking
A phone call with your consultant covers the honest costs and benefits of each add-on.
-
Consultants explain onward pathways
If something is found, your consultant sets out the exact next step - specialist, imaging, or watchful waiting.
-
Pregnancy adjusts panels
Some imaging and bloods are altered or deferred in pregnancy. We adjust the panel accordingly.
-
Fasting for most bloods
You will usually need to fast for 8-12 hours for lipids and glucose. We send instructions in advance.
-
Time commitment
A core screen takes half a day; comprehensive and combined panels run a full day. Plan the day out.
-
Costs discussed upfront
Every add-on has a clear price. Nothing is added without your explicit go-ahead.
-
Repeat interval individualised
Annual is rarely the right answer for everyone. Your consultant recommends a personal interval.
Reading your report
A screening report can look intimidating. It isn't.
However much ground it covers, the report keeps to the same four parts.
A quiet reminder
The report is written for a clinician - so we translate it, and tell you what matters.
If you would like us to talk you through it before your follow-up, just ask.
- 01 Header
Indication and risk profile
Your details, your reason for screening, and your personal risk profile going in.
- 02 Technique
Which tests were included
A clear list of every investigation on the day, so you and your GP can see exactly what was covered.
- 03 Findings
An organ-by-organ summary
Cardiovascular, metabolic, respiratory, cognitive, mental-health and imaging findings, plainly written.
- 04 Impression
The conclusion: read this first
Flags, follow-ups and reassurance up front - what matters, and what to do next.
Recognised by major UK insurers
Screening is often self-funded; where a test is medically indicated we confirm cover with your insurer.
Frequently asked
Everything we get asked about executive screens.
Quick answers on what is included, cost, referrals, timing, incidental findings and follow-up.
-
What does an executive health screen include?
A consultant physician consultation, examination, bloods (HbA1c, lipids, liver, kidney, thyroid), ECG, urinalysis, cardiovascular risk score, and - on comprehensive panels - cognitive, mood, sleep, spirometry and 24-hour BP. Add-ons include full-body MRI, cardiac work-up and prostate or pelvic imaging.
-
How is it different from a comprehensive health check?
The names are used loosely. In our network, a "core" executive screen is a half-day and a "comprehensive" screen is a full day with a broader panel. Both are consultant-led. We tell you honestly which is right for you.
-
How much does a private executive health screen cost in London?
A core screen is typically £750-£1,500 and a comprehensive screen £1,500-£2,800. Adding a full-body MRI or cardiac work-up pushes the total to £2,000-£4,500. We confirm firm figures within one working day.
-
Do I need a referral?
Self-referral is standard for an executive health screen. We include a clinician conversation first so the panel is the right choice for you.
-
How much time should I set aside?
A core screen is a half-day; a comprehensive or combined-imaging screen is a full day. We schedule everything so there is no waiting around.
-
What if the screen finds something I did not expect?
Incidental findings are common - at some panels, 30-50% of screens find something that is either harmless or of uncertain significance. Your consultant explains what it means and sets out the exact next step.
-
How often should I repeat an executive screen?
Rarely every year. For most people, every 2-3 years is enough, with a shorter interval if you have specific risk factors. Your consultant recommends a personal interval on the day.
-
Will my insurance cover it?
Screening in a healthy person is often self-funded rather than covered, but we check. Bupa, AXA, Vitality, Aviva, WPA, Cigna and Healix all recognise us where a scan or test is medically indicated.
-
When should I add a full-body MRI to the executive screen?
An MRI is worth adding when you have a strong family history of cancer, unexplained symptoms, or simply want a radiation-free structural overview. We are honest about the trade-off with incidental findings before you decide.
-
When should I see a GP urgently instead of booking a screen?
If you have new bleeding, unintentional weight loss, chest pain, breathlessness, a new lump, or any acute symptom - see a GP or A&E first. A scheduled screen is not the right route for urgent problems.
